Exciting news!

Alliance is pleased to announce our partnership with Daymark Recovery Services, Inc., Good Hope Behavioral Hospital Good Hope Hospital, Inc., and the Harnett County Government to open the county's first behavioral health urgent care (BHUC).

BHUCs provide rapid assessment of a person’s situation, medical screening and care, and referrals for follow-up services, and are proven to reduce unnecessary trips to the emergency room, hospitalizations and incarcerations.

Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. will assume operations of the Good Hope Behavioral Hospital psychiatric unit in Erwin on January 1, 2025, marking a pivotal step in a partnership to launch expanded mental health services aligned with national models and trends in Harnett County Government.

October 10th is World Mental Health Day, an international day dedicated to global mental health education, awareness, and advocacy against social stigma.

Check out the video posted below to learn a coping mechanism referred to as the "tapping technique" proven to reduce anxiety and stress. This is a very beneficial skill that our social worker Michaele likes to show patients.
