Meet Amy, she’s our instructor for the month of November! I have always believed that health is the best wealth. From coaching sports to teaching Pilates and personal training, I love helping people grow in their fitness journey. I have a kinesiology degree from Chico state and I am pilates chair and reformer certified. Bringing fun into fitness and challenging yourself will keep you coming back! Cant wait to teach my next class and I hope I see you there!

Meet our instructor for the month of October! Hi, I’m Taylor!
If you haven’t seen me working out in a group fitness class or on a Pilates reformer along side you these past 4 years, you’ve probably seen me on the other side of the room teaching Pilates Reformer classes on Monday and Thursday mornings. I love this community and the way it supports and motivates one another—it’s one of my favorite parts of being here! I also love creating classes that challenge and encourage while keeping things fun and supportive.

Outside the studio, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, reading, traveling, and staying active. I can’t wait to see you in class! ❤️
