Meet Kylee! She’s our instructor of the month for December. Hi, I’m Kylee! You may have seen me around the gym or in the studio. As a newer Pilates instructor, my love for fitness has grown even deeper. Since having my daughter in 2017, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and kept it off—and people often ask what my “secret” is.

The truth? There’s no secret. Move your body, nourish it with real, good ingredients, and surround yourself with people who lift you up.

Meet Amy, she’s our instructor for the month of November! I have always believed that health is the best wealth. From coaching sports to teaching Pilates and personal training, I love helping people grow in their fitness journey. I have a kinesiology degree from Chico state and I am pilates chair and reformer certified. Bringing fun into fitness and challenging yourself will keep you coming back!
