Curious about yoga and why so many people are drawn to it? Want to become a “yogi” but feel unsure about stepping into a studio because you’re not familiar with the practice? Eager to experience the benefits of strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and a newfound sense of bliss? Or perhaps you’ve been practicing yoga for a while but feel stuck and want to advance your skills? If you nodded along to any of these, this course is designed for you.
In just one month, I’ll guide you from yoga beginner to confidently flowing through your practice. We’ll break down various poses (asanas) in a workshop style, focusing on how each should feel in your body, which muscles to engage, and how to move with intention. You’ll learn to connect your breath with your movements, developing a strong foundation in yoga.
As we progress, we’ll combine these movements into a seamless flow, all while having fun and challenging ourselves. The room is heated, so prepare to sweat, push your limits, and fall in love with a movement practice that brings freedom and joy.
