💼✨ Returning to Work After Parental Leave ✨💼

Going back to work after parental leave can be exciting, overwhelming, and emotional. 🤱💙

Here are a few perinatal mental health tips to help ease the transition:
➡️ Prioritize self-care: Make time for rest, nutrition, and small moments of mindfulness. 🌿
➡️ Set realistic expectations: It’s okay if everything isn’t perfect—both at work and at home. 💙
➡️ Stay connected: Lean on your support network, coworkers, and other parents. 🤝
➡️ Ask for help: Don’t hesitate to speak up about your needs or seek professional support if you’re struggling. 🧠

Now we want to hear from you:
💬 What do you wish someone would have told you to prepare for going back to work as a new parent?

Your advice could help another parent feel more confident and supported! 🌸

Starting October 15, PSI is proud to offer a new online peer support group, Fetal Diagnosis Support During Pregnancy 💙

Led by trained peer facilitators, this support group is for expectant parents (gestational and non-gestational) who have received a high-risk or potentially life-limiting fetal diagnosis and are continuing their pregnancy. These situations often involve overwhelming uncertainty and complex medical decisions. Whether you are continuing a pregnancy with a potentially life-limiting condition or pursuing treatment with unknown or complex outcomes, this group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to find connection and support. This group prioritizes emotional support, connection, and community throughout the pregnancy. We are here to support you with empathy and respect for your unique experience. You are not alone.
