UPCAP is accepting applications for Full-time Licensed Social Workers and Registered Nurses interested in providing person-centered Care Management/support coordination for a nursing home-eligible population wishing to remain in their homes. Currently looking to fill positions in:

Marquette, MI-RN and SW who provide services throughout Alger & Marquette Counties.

Iron Mountain, MI - RN and SW who provide services throughout Dickinson & Iron Counties.

Sault Ste. Marie, MI ~ RN who provide services throughout Chippewa, Luce & Mackinac Counties.

These positions require:

Valid State of Michigan license to practice.

Minimum of 1 year working in a community health and/or long-term care setting

Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills

Data entry, word processing, and electronic communication skills

Pass a criminal background check

Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance

NO weekends, on-call, or night shifts!

Option to work from home

About UPCAP

UPCAP’s purpose and objectives shall be to promote the development of the human, social, and community resources of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through the following activities:


  • Serving as the Upper Peninsula Area Agency on Aging, a regional coordinating body, advocate, and focal point for aging services and aging resources to senior citizens in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

  • Providing technical assistance and services to public and non-profit bodies, business enterprises and individuals who wish to utilize assistance provided by federal and state programs for human and economic development and by providing assistance to other persons and bodies in activities which promote the development of the Upper Peninsula.
