It’s time for ACTION. Let’s keep building healthier communities for everyone.

Make an impact in your community:
✔️ Take part in local health surveys to help shape future programs
✔️ Normalize conversations about preventive health and testing
✔️ Check in on neighbors and help connect them to resources
✔️ Advocate for rural communities and improved access to care
✔️ Participate in public health initiatives—like radon awareness in January, colorectal cancer screening in March, staying up to date on vaccines during respiratory illness season, and mammograms in October

Small actions = big impact. 🌱
