Your doctor says your CRP is “normal.”
But is it optimal? 👀
CRP stands for C-reactive protein. It’s a marker of inflammation in the body.
Most labs say anything under 3.0 is “normal.”
But here’s the real question…
Do you want to be normal?
Or do you want low inflammation?
At higher “normal” levels, CRP can be associated with:
🔥 Chronic inflammation
❤️ Increased cardiovascular risk
🧠 Brain fog and fatigue
🦴 Joint discomfort
🧬 Ongoing immune activation
In restorative care, we often prefer to see CRP much closer to 1.0 or below.
Because inflammation isn’t random.
It’s driven by something.
Gut issues.
Food reactions.
Chronic stress.
Hidden infections.
Blood sugar swings.
A normal lab range doesn’t always mean your body is thriving.
Comment “CRP” if you want to know what testing we run to figure out what’s actually driving inflammation.
