We are now accepting applications as we look to add 2 new members to our team!
1) Financial Coordinator
-Tracking/managing patient accounts receivables
-Verification of insurance benefits; insurance billing and claims
-Entering contracts
-Processing payments
-End-of-day and monthly reporting
-Assisting other front-desk personnel with daily tasks
2) Orthodontic Assistant
-Assisting doctor with patient care
-Obtaining orthodontic records (taking impressions, photos, and x-rays)
-Sterilization and infection control
-Assisting with patient check-in/check-out
-Oral hygiene instructions
-Assisting other clinical personnel with daily tasks.
Experience preferred/prioritized but not required for both positions.
