I learned about it a few years ago, and I’ve used it ever since to shape the way I set goals and decide what to focus on.

It’s nothing complicated. Just a way to make things feel less scattered by focus on these 7 areas:

1. Physical Health
2. Emotions & Meaning
3. Relationships
4. Time
5. Career & Business
6. Finances
7. Contribution & Spirituality

First, I look at each area and rate where I’m currently at. That helps determine where I need to put more focus & attention. Then I break my goals down within each category.

It gives me a lot more clarity and direction. 💫

Your time is precious. How you spend it matters. This helps me be more intentional with mine.

Also a quick reminder! You don’t need to wait for a new year, a new month, or even a new week to start. You can start today. Every day is a new opportunity. ✨

For a long time, I truly didn’t think I’d ever be a mom.

Years of health struggles left me unsure I’d ever be strong enough to carry a child. I made peace with the idea that maybe it would just be fur babies for life… and honestly, I even grew to love that vision.

But now? I can’t imagine my life without this title… Mama ❤️

The most precious role. One I’m so grateful to experience, and will never take for granted.

You’re replaceable in so many worldly systems. But not in your children’s lives.

So prioritize your health.
Take care of your body.
Protect your peace.

Because the little eyes watching you don’t need a perfect mom. They just need you 🤍
