Things are looking good for the Sound Bath Meditation I am hosting this Saturday 4-6 pm. Although most of our guests are not showing up here on Facebook, We have 7 people confirmed. However there is still room for about 3 or 4 more before we reach full capacity. About 13 specified interest here on Facebook, however if you are one of those people who haven’t yet purchased a ticket, now is the time. You can still confirm your spot. Let’s do our part to raise our vibrations and radiate positive healing energy to everyone we encounter.
We will use a combination of Sound and Touch as instruments of healing. There will be Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and a play list of specific sounds and frequencies that connect with each of the chakras and meridians of the body; for healing mind, body and spirit.
You may use this opportunity to release pain and trapped emotions, clearing the way to manifest your best life. We have the ability to attract and create the things we focus on; picture in our minds and feel in our hearts.
The group facilitator will offer Sound and Reiki healing Energy to any of the group members who would like to receive it during the meditation.
After the meditation we will have a potluck. You are welcome to bring something to share. Vegetarian dishes, fruits, vegetables, salads, healthy snacks, nonalcoholic drinks, deserts and finger foods all welcome.
Please feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket and or pillow for your comfort during meditation if you’d like.
