Start your day with our brand-new, all-levels Sattva Sunday Flow with Tomoko (9:00–10:15am), then stay and explore your edge in our very first Arm Balances & Inversions class (10:30–11:30am) with Carey Nash—a specialty class that will continue every 4th Sunday.

✨ Take one class or make it a Sunday Double Feature and experience the full journey from flow to flight.

This dynamic class blends the strength and flow of Power Yoga with the support and versatility of the strap wall. The wall straps help deepen stretches, build strength, and explore new variations of familiar poses with greater stability and alignment.

Whether you’re looking to challenge your practice, improve mobility, or experience yoga in a new way, the strap wall offers a fun and empowering way to move.

Due to the Christmas Parade taking place downtown, we will be canceling the following classes on Friday:
• Yin (2:00–3:30pm) — Canceled
• Soundbath (6:30–7:30pm) — Canceled

Morning classes will still run as scheduled:
• Hatha 3 @ 9:00am
• Hatha 1 @ 11:00am
• Lunch Hour Vinyasa @ 12:30pm

Please note: There will be no parking on Grand Ave or 2nd Street, and the city will begin towing along Grand and Orange starting at noon.

✨ If you’re coming to morning classes, please park in the back lot.
