We had a fantastic time celebrating Oktoberfest here at Oakmont Escondido Hills. We ate authentic German food, enjoyed some great beer and a very talented accordion player with Bavarian dancers. The night was perfect.

We are pleased to announce that today we held our staff meeting with our new Executive Director, Ms. Donna, and recognized Ryan from the Culinary Department as our September Employee of the Month. Congratulations, Ryan, and welcome, Ms. Donna.

A big thank you to the Alzheimer’s Association for putting on the alzheimer’s Association awareness walk. We all strive for a better tomorrow and it is so great to be amongst those who believe and hope for the best! I am thankful our residents who were able to walk for that cause!

Here at Oakmont, we are dedicated to providing care for the senior living journey. We understand that includes independent living, assisted living and memory care. We are here to provide support by now offering a support group for all those who have or know someone on a dementia journey.
