Being a parent to a teenager today can feel overwhelming—and at times, confusing. 🌿

You may notice changes in their mood, their behavior, or how they communicate, and wonder: Is this normal? Should I be worried? Am I doing enough?

The truth is, teen mental health is complex.

Sometimes it changes from hour to hour.

There is no “right” way to grieve.
There is no timeline you’re supposed to follow.
And there is no rulebook for how you should feel.

Grief isn’t only about losing a loved one.
