The season of blooming has arrived 🌿Across the landscape, flowers are opening, herbs are thriving, and the earth has shifted into a season of growth and abundance. This time of year is a reminder of the deep relationship between plants, healing, and the rhythms of the natural world. We want to reminds folks that we offer free herbal support to the community. Our grief & postpartum baskets contain herbal good and foods from local herbalists and farmers. From nourishing teas to botanical remedies, we’re grateful to work with the quiet medicine growing all around us. Call us to schedule your pickup! You don't need to be a BMH client to receive this care.

🛹 FREE SPRING EVENT 🎸 BMH staff will be tabling the Medicine Wheel Harm Reduction community event. There will be live music, food, booths, skate demo and more. This FREE event is open to the public and we'll be there to provide info about the services we provide. We hope to see you there!

♻️ Volunteers Needed 🚮 This is a great opportunity to help keep Española clean, green, and beautiful! Lots of great local organizations have come together to organize a litter cleanup. Meet at Lucero Center on Saturday, May 2 @ 8:00am . There will be breakfast snacks available, as well as a lunch following the cleanup.
