I stand for what Americans have 🇺🇸 fought for our entire history. Think about honoring today on 9/11, the legacy we continue to fight for and remember...Our American Freedom. Do not let their sacrifices for our rights go in vain. This may be one of the greatest gifts to our future generations and call to action that can be done to show our gratitude today. The choice to make a medical decision should NEVER be in the hands of anyone but you! Furthermore, we should all be able to stand up for what we believe in and not be ridiculed or ostracized for it. I stand by my Hippocratic Oath for my patients CHOICES, informed consent, and bodily autonomy, always. Time To Be Outside and Soak Up Sun 🌞

We have so many outside classes beginning this month!
From Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with Atma Chanan Kaur on Friday's to Gino's Mindful Movement for 55+ happening every Wednesday and Har Har's Tai Chi Classes on Tuesdays!

There are opportunity aplenty to enjoy our healing space!
 •
We are OPEN 9-5, Tuesday through Friday if you just want to swing in a tree or lay on our lawn for the optimum vitamin soak!

Mama💕

The older we grow we realize we still need our mommy’s. More than ever at times it seems. They somehow become our best friends. If we let them. They are our constant. Our strength. Our unconditional love & tether to this reality we call life. Understanding the dynamics of motherhood, and how challenging it is, puts it in perspective to the fact that our mothers really do become our best friends. They know us and see us for all that we are. We start to see ourselves in them, we laugh at how we said in younger years that “we’d never be like that”, yet to find ourselves at 40 smirking at all the ways we became “just that”. It’s days like this we find irony in reflection. These type of days that make those of us that are now in the self-proclaimed “orphan category”. Those of us whose mothers have now breached the afterlife. We yearn for them on Mother’s day more than we celebrated them while they were here with us perhaps. Yet, as any day comes and goes, our yearning for her never ceases but we start to realize that perhaps she never left us at all...that our relationship continues to evolve. Just as it would have been in her physical presence, a relationship is formed in spirit of her. I have a best friend. She is my mom. She doesn’t live earth side, but I’ve built my life around her. I aim to make her proud. I miss her everyday and still feel sorry for myself every Mother’s Day when I’m along in the midst of all the celebrated mother’s and children. I have to do the extra work to be okay without her physically and formulate that spiritual mother-child relationship. But I’ve been gifted. And I’m not going to miss the opportunity to know my mother in all realms, in all realities. So even though she is not physically present, I’m wishing her and all those mothers in the beyond a happy Mother’s Day. So, be extra kind to those that don’t have the support of a mother earth side, for that is a place of strength & spirit that is only built by those who have lived motherless and have lived in the presence of a life untethered to that female force that is eternal. Love you Mama Linda & Julie, until we meet again.
