Hi BQ friends 💛

I’ve been a little off the map lately, and I wanted to say thank you—for your patience, your kindness, and for sticking with me while life pulled me in a different direction for a bit.

I’ve been in Arizona helping my dad through some medical challenges and working through the emotional (and logistical!) process of selling his home. It’s been a lot—but I haven’t been doing it alone. My siblings have been right there alongside me, and I’m so grateful we’ve been able to navigate it together.

It’s been a season of a lot of hard things… and also a good reminder of what really matters.

I’m starting to find my way back into the rhythm of things here, and I’m so grateful for this community—for your support, your flexibility, and all the ways you show up.

Classes, messages, and all things Barn Quilt Therapy are easing back in 💛 (and honestly, I’ve missed the paint, the laughs, and all of you more than I expected).

Thank you again for giving me the space to take care of family. It means more than I can say.

I can't tell you how much I needed therapy today! These ladies showed up and lifted my spirits with lots of laughter! Now to pack for a super early flight ❤️❤️

A quick heads up, friends—

Many of you have been asking about upcoming classes, so I wanted to share that I’m keeping my April schedule very limited due to a family matter that is requiring some unexpected travel.

My goal is to keep planned classes happening (April 4 🤞), but I may need to shift things if plans change on short notice.

I promise I will be back to offering classes in May and will publish those as soon as things settle—and as always, thank you for your support. 💛

Some days just have a speed to them… and today was one of those ⚡️

Quick trip down the interstate ✔️
Quick wit and laughter ✔️
Quick drying paint ✔️
Quick dancing breaks ✔️
And some seriously quick boards ✔️

These ladies did NOT mess around — they came to paint and brought the energy with them! Such a fun, fast-paced day filled with creativity, joy, and a whole lot of laughs
