Work Smarter, Not Harder!

4 Ergonomic Tips for a Pain-Free Workspace ⬇️

Chair Height
- Adjust your chair so that your feet are flat on the floor and your knees are at a 90-degree angle. This helps maintain proper posture and reduces strain on your lower back. 🪑

Monitor Position
- Position your monitor directly in front of you at arm’s length away, with the top of the screen at or just below eye level. This encourages a neutral neck position and prevents excessive bending or tilting of the head. 🖥️

Keyboard and Mouse Placement
- Keep your keyboard and mouse close to your body and at elbow height. Avoid reaching or stretching to use them, as this can strain your shoulders and upper back. 🐭

Take Breaks
- Incorporate regular breaks into your workday to stretch and move around. Set reminders to stand up, stretch, and walk around every hour to prevent stiffness and muscle fatigue. ⏰
