Galen Goodenough is a licensed massage therapist with a deep-rooted passion for helping people move, feel, and live better.

A message from Galen:

“My journey into bodywork began with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Vermont, where I also earned a certification in Integrative Health—an approach that continues to shape the way I care for my clients.

I completed a 750-hour massage therapy program at BodySoul Massage and Bodyworks School, where I honed hands-on therapeutic skills and developed a keen understanding of how manual therapy supports recovery, mobility, and overall wellness.

My approach blends clinical knowledge, movement science, and intuitive bodywork to support each client’s unique goals—whether that’s recovering from injury, relieving pain, improving athletic performance, or simply reconnecting with the body.

I truly love what I do and feel honored to be a part of each client’s wellness journey. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, heal from physical strain, or just take better care of your body, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
