The Agency of Human Services (AHS) is issuing a grant opportunity for Vermont's Critical Access Hospitals and other health care employers to provide funding that will support the compensation for nurses who provide nurse preceptor supervision. This grant recognizes that there is an immediate need to increase the number of nurse preceptors that support the growth of our nursing workforce, and that nurses who provide preceptor supervision should be compensated with an hourly differential.
