Yesterday I was at a local community library and saw this table of a jigsaw puzzle 🧩 and wondered… that wandering in my mind lead to the writting of this beautiful piece this morning… which inspired this post. Hope you enjoy it.

Puzzle 🧩
A whole, precisely carved into parts—
Not broken, but made to be assembled.
What if our lives are just like this?
A million pieces,
never meant to be solved alone,
but meant to be held, seen,
and placed together
by the hands of each other—
through family,
friends,
colleagues,
and community.

Yet here we are—
living side by side,
but starving for soul-to-soul communion.

I am seeking that sacred space—
a circle, a tribe,
where we can safely unbecome.
Where armour is dropped,
and our most tender pieces
are met with gentleness.

In this soft meeting,
without force or fixing,
the puzzle begins to complete itself.
Each part finding its place
in the quiet witness of another,
fusing into wholeness,
like a grand, beautiful design.

When the road becomes lonely,
let it be your reminder to seek this tribe.
Remember—
you were never meant to solve alone

Let’s build that space—together.

Are we slowly losing ourselves to the invisible weight we carry as parents?
It’s not just stress.
It’s not just exhaustion.
It’s something deeper. Something heavier. Something that sneaks in quietly… and stays.

You won’t see it on our shoulders—
But you’ll feel it in our sighs,
Our sleepless nights,
Our silent moments of wondering:
“Am I doing enough?” “Am I enough?”

This invisible burden wears many masks:
Fear. Guilt. Overwhelm.
Self-doubt. Procrastination. Confusion.
And yet we carry it like it’s ours to bear.

But where did it come from?
From the pressure to perform all roles flawlessly?
From the silence around emotional tools we never received?
From the cultural tug-of-war between who raised us and who we’re raising?
From caring for our children, our aging parents—and our aching dreams—all at once?

Or maybe it’s the deep, hidden grief of putting our joy last… again.

Whatever it is, it’s real.
And it’s keeping you small, hidden, and worn out.
But you weren’t meant to carry this forever.
You were meant to rise. To speak. To live boldly and fly freely.

And you don’t have to do it alone.
This is your invitation to finally set it down.
To rediscover your voice.
To reclaim your energy.
To reconnect with you.

Ready to release the burden and come back home to yourself?

In a world that praises hustle… I choose enough.

There is always more to do.
More goals to chase.
More healing, more growth, more becoming.

We live in a culture that rewards constant striving — where doing more often feels like the only way to be worthy. But in that endless chase, we lose sight of something sacred:
Our enoughness.

What if we got this all wrong?
What if we were never meant to feel “not enough” — but were taught to believe that, so the machine of capitalism could keep feeding off our exhaustion?
A tired, disconnected, self-doubting society is much easier to control… and to sell to.

But here’s the truth:
You are not more valuable because you overextend yourself.
You are not more lovable because you’re endlessly productive.
You don’t need to earn rest, love, or peace.

Enoughness doesn’t mean settling — it means starting from wholeness.
It’s the radical belief that you can grow, build, and achieve from a place of fullness — not from lack.

Imagine what would shift if we built our homes, our communities, and our world from this place.
If we taught our children:
“You are enough — even when you’re not performing.”

What kind of leaders would we become?
What kind of love would we offer?
What kind of world would we shape?

Enoughness is not the end.
It’s the ground we rise from.

Let that be your quiet rebellion. Your revolution. Your return to truth.

What would change in your life if you truly believed you were already enough?

Family — where the wounds are caused, and where the balm for your soul is found.

It’s hard — but who said that everything hard has to be bitter? Some hard things are actually good for you.

Lately, after working closely with so many teens, parents, and living my own journey as a first-generation immigrant raising a family far from my roots, I’ve come to a powerful realization:

We have all caused wounds, and we all carry scars.
We are each other’s source of pain — and the balm for healing too.
We are each other’s triggers — and the hidden glimmers too.
We are the cause of heartache — and also the softest place to land for love and acceptance.

This duality is life in a nutshell — and it takes immense effort and courage to transcend it. It feels almost impossibly possible.

The more I witness and experience, the more clear it becomes:
A deep lack of self-compassion, self-love, and self-acceptance is the root cause of pain in every individual’s life. And the unit we call family is often built upon the collective lack of it within each of us.

I believe that we choose our families — and they choose us — to teach us about the hidden glimmers tucked inside their triggers. To help us find the masked, unconditional love buried within hurt, pain, and heartache.

It’s twisted, isn’t it? And yet, it’s the truest thing I know.

My hope for you:
May you develop the lens, the skill, the deep inner knowing that every person who triggers something wild or subtle within you comes bearing a hidden gift — a disguised teacher offering you growth, healing, and love.
