Recently, we held our 2019 Client Appreciation picnic! It was a beautiful day and a meaningful event. We enjoy sharing our client’s lives and providing services to make their lives better.

Happy Birthday to Wes Coleman!

Recently, our client, Wes Coleman of South Hero, celebrated his 88th birthday and we were fortunate to be able to share his special with him!

Wes has had an interesting life! He was instrumental in setting up the Island Bocce Club, where bocce enthusiasts gather every Monday and Wednesday evenings. They found his work so important, they named the court after Wes!

The Islander recently published an article about it.

Silver Leaf has many "Couples" clients. This photo was captured by one of their regular caregivers on a daily stroll through the gardens. We tend to be just as involved with the families of our clients keeping them updated on day-to-day progress and sometimes decline. We're in it for the long-haul, and that often means supporting the entire family through the stages of Dementia or being a sounding board for a distant family member unable to accept the aging process. Silver Leaf Caregivers love what they do - and it shows.
