The first standalone hot yoga studio in Essex Junction, Vermont, SoulShine Power Yoga serves as a much needed space for the yoga community to congregate in one of Chittenden County’s largest towns. Offering a wide range of classes (and ability levels) taught by 15+ teachers -- most rooted in the Vinyasa practice -- our heated yoga classes are sure to fit your schedule, address your personal needs, and improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In this 90-minute yoga workshop with Eliza, we’ll flow, meditate, and journal on how we want to show up in the New Year. Through a guided meditation, we’ll tap into our truest selves and set a sankalpa (intention) aligned with our purpose (dharma). We’ll close with a gentle flow to seal our intention into the body, helping you step into the New Year feeling refined, grounded, and clear.

🤸‍♂️ Kids Mindful Movement with Megan and D

Sunday December 14, 2:30-4:00PM

Join Megan and D for a fun class of yoga, creative movement, and mindfulness! We'll play games, do partner yoga, learn hula hoop flow moves, go upside down (work on handstands), and take time for reflection and positive affirmations. Activities are designed to empower children to feel confident, and honor their bodies.

This 90 minute program is designed for children ages 6 - 12 years old.This is a family-friendly event. Parents are welcome to hang in the yoga space, relax in the lobby, or leave and come back.
Entry is $20 per child, and $5 off each additional child from the same household.
