The snow has left us blanketed with reminders of how enriched life is here for residents. Music, learning something new or playing a favorite game played years ago-and the ease for our residents. Simplifying daily routines and bringing engagement to our residents offers safe outlets, just the right amount of stimulation and safe havens.

We love our partnerships! Gena-from Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is a well known support system for some of our residents and many throughout Chittenden County. She offers residents here supportive mental awareness exercises-Mind Fit Series-proven to boost cognition and stave off decline. Thanks you Gena!

Happy Halloween! We were all smiles today as staff paraded around in costume and candy was passed out. We even had some young trick or treaters spreading joy!

In the days leading up to Halloween, each department was given a pumpkin to decorate and boy, did they show up with their best work! Community members cast their votes and our winner was the sunflower pumpkin submitted by our Admin/Concierge team.

Today is World Alzheimer's Day, a day to raise awareness and support for those living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Our memory care community is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that honors each individual's journey.

It is also World Gratitude Day. We are so grateful for our compassionate staff, our loving residents, and the families who trust us to care for their loved ones. Thank you for being a part of our community.

This year, we celebrated National Assisted Living Week with the theme "Ageless Adventure"! We planned a week of fun activities, celebrations, and connections that remind us that life is an adventure at any age. This included learning key phrases in different languages and tasting foods from around the world, just to name a few. We are so proud to be a part of this journey with our residents!
