Here’s a quick way to try it:
Lie on back or sit upright.
Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.

✅ Sleep on your back or side (not your stomach!)
✅ Use a pillow that supports your neck, which may look different sleeping on your side vs your back.
✅ Put a pillow between your knees if you sleep on your side
✅ Choose a medium-firm mattress for optimal support
✅ Keep your head aligned with your shoulders, not tucked into your chest
