Life gets busy and stress can get high, and
taking care of yourself is usually the first thing to go.
If you’ve been putting your body on the back burner, you’re not alone. I see it every day, and even I put off self-care, because it seems like there are times I just can't build it in my busy schedule.
But ignoring pain or tension now often turns into something bigger later. (Trust me!)
You don’t have to do everything—
