This time of year always pulls me back to the people who sit across from me and let me into the tender, complicated places of their lives. I’m deeply grateful to each of you who’ve trusted me with your history, your pain, your hopes, and the parts of you that were told to stay hidden. Thank you for risking vulnerability with me, for allowing me to witness the real you underneath all the survival strategies. It’s one of the greatest privileges of my life to walk alongside you. Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving.

There are so many lessons and analogies in nature. Lately I've been leaning into my love of flowers and flower arranging as a form of therapy for myself.

There’s something healing about choosing colors, textures, and shapes that don’t have to “make sense,” but still come together beautifully. It’s a reminder that creation doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. That softness and beauty can live right alongside the mess.

Just like in the therapy room, it’s about trusting the process—even when the outcome isn’t clear yet

In these words, Keanu Reeves captures the essence of resilience. Much like the Japanese art of kintsugi, our scars are not the end but a vital part of our story. Our wounds transform into strength, just as cracks repaired with gold make an object more beautiful and unique. Through the process of overcoming, we become stronger and more radiant.
