Lauren Hebert DNP, APRN is Polished MedSpa’s medical director and owner. She graduated from joint programs Saint Joseph’s University and Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA with her Bachelors of Nursing degree. She worked for 8 years in the intensive surgical/trauma unit at Yale New Haven Hospital where she gained a wealth of knowledge in treating all kinds of critically ill patients. At the end of her ICU career, she obtained her Doctorate and Adult Nurse Practitioner degree from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. While in graduate school, Lauren knew she wanted a change from the hospital setting. Her dermatology and plastic surgery studies interested her the most. She interned with a prestigious plastic surgeon on the shoreline where she developed her skills and more Importantly a passion in helping people look and feel their best! Lauren spent 3 years perfecting her craft and training extensively in facial aesthetics and other medical aesthetic modalities before attaining her dream of opening her own practice.
Polished MedSpa, located in Deep River, CT was founded in September 2018, owned and operated by Lauren Hebert. Lauren prides herself on tailoring treatments to each client’s individual needs and offers free consultations for all services. She is here to help you restore or create your desired appearance. Her goal is to always enhance your best features while maintaining a natural appearance. The longstanding relationship she has developed with all of her clients during her nursing career, demonstrates her skill, knowledge, character, and compassion. Working in medical aesthetics is especially rewarding to Lauren, as she sees it as the opportunity to help others improve their self esteem by enhancing their physical appearance. Lauren currently lives in Higganum with her husband, two children, Greyson and Stella, and their dog, Lucy.
