Hi everyone!
I’m a graduate from Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, MI, and a Massage Therapist working in Essexville. I recently moved up here from the Detroit area, and looking to kickstart my new business up here.
As someone who has played sports my whole life, competed nationally and professionally as a bodybuilder, and worked as a certified personal trainer for many years, I am extremely passionate about the human body and keeping it happy, healthy, and performing at its best.
We beat our bodies up with our every day life activities. Workouts, yard work, caring for children, desk jobs.. this can all be very demanding on your body. And let’s face it, none of us stretch, compress, or move our bodies enough like we should.
