The beginning months of a new year is a common time for people to make new resolutions for the upcoming year regarding their health - lose more weight, stay away from alcohol/caffeine/sweets, take more walks, etc. Everywhere you look you see a new trend about a specific diet, a new weight loss medication, a new detox drink. However, none of these focus on the person as a whole, or even as a specific individual! They are advertised as a "one size fits all" approach. Every person deserves to have their own personalized health journey! What works for your coworker or your sister may not work for you - and that's ok! That is because your body is designed differently from them and vice versa. No two beings are completely identical to each other - we all vary in our physical makeup, emotional wellbeing, spiritual beliefs.
