Good morning, patients & friends! This is A.J., Dr. Hoffman’s son. This message is long overdue, but as many of you probably already know - both Leslie and Doc passed away in January. I apologize for the tardiness of this post, but this loss has put a lot on the shoulders of my sister and I. Frannie is a mother of four with a full-time job and she’s gone above and beyond, especially during moments when I could not.
It’s been a lot of work and pressure to try to get things done in a timely fashion, and I still don’t feel like I’ve accomplished anything.
My #1 priority, aside from dissolving the practice legally, has been making sure that Doc’s patient list went to the right Chiropractor who would care for his patients the way that he did. Dr. Dustin Miller has agreed to help us with that. Dr. Miller works for Kehres Health and Chiropractic, and he is conveniently located at the City Market approximately five minutes away from Dad’s office on Ledyard.
Posted below is Dr. Miller’s information. I am officially directing all patients and phone calls his way. Thank you for keeping my father’s practice in business for more than 30 years. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts.
