Happy 10 years together my Mountain Friends!!

I am awestruck that an entire decade ago I signed my lease, and moved into the historic Mason Building right in the heart of downtown Estacada! I took a chance, there was no backup plan, and it’s honestly been the greatest decision I’ve ever made.

Heaps of things have changed over the years, but so many of your faces are still the same, and for that I am immensely grateful! It warms and fills my heart to the very brim.

We’ve been through so much together: victories, tragedies, births, the passings of loved ones, wildfires, serious illnesses, and recoveries. Many of you remember that my daughter was barely four when I began toting her along with the me into the studio, and now she’s taller than I am! Being part of this community has been so special- if it wasn’t for you, there would be no milestone to celebrate today 🤍

Thank you bunches for trusting me with your health & well-being. My wish for you is a calm, rested, and peaceful life! Here’s to providing more healing and relaxation for years to come🕊️

Hello my friends! I know I’m terribly pathetic at social media, and my online presence is essentially zilch! I’ve been ever so lucky, and beyond grateful, to have maintained a thriving practice these last 9 years by referral and word-of-mouth. My 10 year anniversary here in Estacada is coming up in November, and it’s high time for some personal and professional changes! My books have been closed to new clients for over 4 years, and this last year I’ve had many regulars move on to new adventures in other cities & states, taken other job opportunities, and some of my dearest have passed away 🕊️I’ve finally reopened my books to new clients, and I’m trying to make booking easier for those who only need to get in here and there (will not accepting any recurring appt requests at this time). You’ll see new changes and pricing updates on my booking site 🤍

I’ve added new education to my repertoire, and I’m so excited to meet you and expand into my 18th year as an LMT!

P.S. I will be working on a website (and maybe someday take some professional photos of my face)! I love to do the massage, tech is not my strong suit so thanks bunches for hanging in there with me 🫶🏻

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve made a post, and have some info and news to share so here we go!

It is true- my books are still closed to new clients! I am running at full capacity. I promise I will post and edit the bio above when that changes. My waitlist is for referrals only at this time.

Keep tabs up top: I may not post much, but I am active up in the stories where I post last minute cancelations/openings for my established clients to book, and things from around the studio 🥰

Big Update: This last Friday, I began my Yoga Teacher Training! For the next six months, you’ll see me dash out of the studio a little earlier on some days. I really appreciate the support, flexibility, and understanding when I need to rearrange appointments so that I can attend class. Appointments may be more limited over the summer. You guys know how much I love learning, and I can’t wait to bring back even more knowledge to share! 💛

To sum up: I am beyond grateful to have been blessed with such amazing clients by the Mountain- the majority of whom have been with me for a minimum of five years! My heart is so full, and it has been such a privilege to be part of this community, and work with you and your families. I can’t wait to see where the rest of this year takes us!
