✨ We’re building a different kind of mental health company. One rooted in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that when you invest in people, you elevate the care they provide.
Recently, we brought our entire Ellie Mental Health Southwest Florida team together for our annual All-Teams Meeting — clinicians, support staff, and our prescriber, all in one room for a day centered on celebration, growth, connection, and planning the year ahead. And honestly… it was so much more than a meeting. 💚

The energy in the room was INCREDIBLE. Team members brought thoughtful questions, shared real insights from the work they’re doing every day, and engaged in meaningful conversations about how we can continue strengthening the care we provide to our community.

Moments like this remind us of the power of bringing passionate people together with a shared mission. Because behind every therapy session, every client breakthrough, and every moment of healing — there is a team of humans who care deeply about this work.
