Remembering the Centers in your Estate!

Leave a legacy for the future in your estate. You can pre-plan a donation to Multiple Sclerosis Center of Southwest Florida in your will or trust. Preparing a legacy ahead of time makes it clear to your survivors how important the Center was in your life.

When you include the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Southwest Florida in your planned giving, you are making a difference in someone’s life – someone living right here in Southwest Florida who struggles with the daily challenges of multiple sclerosis.

Whether you make charitable bequest, beneficiary designation, or a transfer designation, you’ll know your contribution is helping to provide programs and services that help people with MS and their families experience Life Beyond MS.

This Week's Exercise Class Highlight!
Join Elaine for “Chair Yoga” on Saturdays via Zoom! Everyone can participate and improve stability, balance, and core strength. Elaine has been helping people with MS for over 15 yrs.
Centers client Virginia says, “I am more able to bend and pick things up off the floor when I drop them, which—thanks to my MS—is often! I believe my better balance and flexibility are because of the yoga classes.”

Centers for MS offers lots of ways to get moving, improve balance and flexibility, and feel better! We have classes for beginners as well as more advanced movements. Our classes are available in person or online and every MSCC includes a movement class.

• MS in Motion with Ellio Studio
• Tai Chi
• Foot Drop Class
• Move and Groove
• Chair Yoga

You can find out more about these classes on our online calendar at: centers4ms.org/calendar
