True yoga is reunion.
Coming home.
When the body opens,
when the breath slows,
when the heart becomes spacious enough to include everything...this is yoga.
Not performance, or posture, or perfection βbut love remembering itself in form.
πΊ This summer, weβre holding intimate, immersive gatherings on Hawaiβi Island β deep dives into yoga as a way of being, becoming, and belonging.
These are complete, Yoga Alliance-registered 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings β and also far more than that.
They are remembering ceremonies.
They are containers of coherence.
They are crucibles for healing, insight, joy, and transformation β held in devotion and sangha.
π§ββοΈ June 4β19: 200h Foundational Initiationβfor those newer to practice or returning with a beginnerβs heart
π§ββοΈ June 22βJuly 13: 300h Deepening Journeyβfor those whoβve completed a 200h training and are ready to root deeper
β¨ Two additional offerings will unfold in July and August
π΄ The setting is extraordinary:
A sanctuary on Hawaiβiβs wild Puna coast, where lava meets jungle, ocean meets sky, and transformation moves through the land itself.
Lower Puna is alive β birthplace of ecstatic dance, abundant with song circles, tide pools, kirtans, workshops, drum circles, and stars. Jungle surges from lava rock, waves crash on sea cliffs, and fresh coconuts fall from the trees.
Here, old identities shed like skin.
Here, breath becomes song.
Here, the forest teaches as much as any book.
π₯ Participants have full access to a stunning outdoor spa sanctuary surrounded by native Κ»ΕhiΚ»a trees βa wood-fired sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and pool overlooking the sea.
Here, the body exhales.
Here, the day softens into silence.
Here, you shed what no longer serves and remember the grace of simply being.
π Each circle is guided by Allowah & Beata Lani β partners in life and devotion, each with their own unique medicine.
Allowah Lani is a scholar-mystic-musician whoβs been walking the yogic path for 28 years. A generous and inspiring teacher, he transmits an internal universe of knowledge spanning yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, mantra, asana, breathwork, plant medicine, and music. His presence is spacious, his teaching interactive and profound β blending rigor with play, challenge with grace. Students speak of being "cleansed and recentered," "drenched in soul and sunshine," and "mindfully pushed in the way great teachers do."
Beata Lani is a radiant master of movement, nourishment, and embodied joy. She brings the circle to life with dynamic dance, flowing asana, and grounded feminine care β from ecstatic salsa to smoothie bowls at sunrise. On the mat and behind the scenes, she carries the quiet magic of presence that makes transformation feel safe and delicious.
Guest teachers and local guides round out the circle β a mycelial network of wisdom and aloha.
π« Our approach is full-spectrum.
We honor the roots of yoga and evolve the form.
We weave together philosophy, breath, mantra, asana, movement, dance, music, voice, and ritual.
The experience is physical, emotional, energetic, intellectual, communal, and spiritual.
This is not a retreat from life.
Itβs a return to the life that wants to move through you.
Itβs not about being "good at yoga.
"Itβs about letting yoga show you who you truly are.
π³ Hereβs what past students have said:
