Ouch! 😬 If your baby bites while nursing you’re not alone.
And no, it doesn’t mean breastfeeding has to end.

Biting is usually your baby’s way of saying:
🦷 My gums hurt
🍼 I’m done eating
😵 I’m distracted
⏳ The milk flow slowed

What helps:
• Gently break the latch right away
• Stay calm and firm (“no biting”)
• Offer a cold teether before feeds if teething
• End the session if baby is playing
• Re-latch deeply if you continue

Biting phases are common, frustrating and temporary.
You’re not doing anything wrong, and support can make this stage easier. 🤍
