Keto Brownies!! They’ll never know! You would never know!!! 3NC per Brownie! Recipe yields 9 brownies.
Melt 5oz of unsalted butter mixed with 1/4 cup of Lilly’s semi - sweet chocolate chips and remove from heat.
Then add a cup of granulated allulose and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and whisk to blend.
Whisk in 3 eggs, one by one.
Add this mixture to:
-1 cup of Fisher Almond and Coconut Flour (or 2/3 cup of almond flour, 1/3 cup of coconut flour)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and
- 1/4 tsp salt.
Whisk well.
Stir in (spatula) - 1/4 cup of semi-sweet Lilly’s chips (I did white choc and semi seeet mix). And added some chopped walnuts too.
Spread batter in 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper, and top with 1/4 cup more chips and chopped walnuts. (Can omit nuts if you like).
Bake at 350 for 20 - 23 minutes, until knife comes out clean in multiple places. (PS - I turned pan once 1/2 way through cooking.
🚨🚨 This is DEF dirty keto because of chips and allulose, and I WILL ONLY use it for holidays or special occasions. Rather dirty keto at 3g Net Carbs than 23-25g.
