Keto Brownies!! They’ll never know! You would never know!!! 3NC per Brownie! Recipe yields 9 brownies.

Melt 5oz of unsalted butter mixed with 1/4 cup of Lilly’s semi - sweet chocolate chips and remove from heat.

Then add a cup of granulated allulose and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and whisk to blend.

Whisk in 3 eggs, one by one.

Add this mixture to:

-1 cup of Fisher Almond and Coconut Flour (or 2/3 cup of almond flour, 1/3 cup of coconut flour)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and
- 1/4 tsp salt.

Whisk well.

Stir in (spatula) - 1/4 cup of semi-sweet Lilly’s chips (I did white choc and semi seeet mix). And added some chopped walnuts too.

Spread batter in 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper, and top with 1/4 cup more chips and chopped walnuts. (Can omit nuts if you like).

Bake at 350 for 20 - 23 minutes, until knife comes out clean in multiple places. (PS - I turned pan once 1/2 way through cooking.

🚨🚨 This is DEF dirty keto because of chips and allulose, and I WILL ONLY use it for holidays or special occasions. Rather dirty keto at 3g Net Carbs than 23-25g.

I fell off the keto wagon and had a breakfast baguette for dinner! Hahaaaaaa! No I didn’t. Made a nice fresh batch of Keto Baguettes for myself, then turned one into an easy and yummy dinner. Put a little everything but the salt seasoning on them too! Smells amazing in here and that sandwhich is in my belly!

So … got my keto baguettes made today! Pretty cool as some of these ingredients I never used before. These baguettes will turn into my Thanksgiving stuffing cubes after I dice them and dry them in the oven for 3 hours!! This is not the bread recipe I posted the other day. Thanksgiving on Keto is possible! 🚨12 NC🚨 for below. Of course this is going to be a little wonky on the macros - but it’s a holiday. So this is me - cheating. As long as I don’t spike that insulin - I’m good for THE DAY.

(And you can even do most of it prior to in case you are cooking for the normies! ) 🤣🤣

1). Turkey (can still use the juices for a great gravy using just butter and s little xanthan gum (see mashed potatoes recipe) - 0 NC

2). Homemade / easy / safe keto bread to use in keto sausage stuffing ( #3 below) 🚨NC calculated in stuffing dish)🚨 https://alldayidreamaboutfood.com/low-carb-cheesy-skillet-bread/

7). Personally - I’m so deep in keto - 2 bites of all the above would fill me up. So I’m allowing my cauliflower mash as my veggie instead of going green. I get enough of that.

Just a reminder to stay off the scale daily. So discouraging. Especially at the beginning. Personally, my body takes 2 to 3 weeks to start showing with non-scale victories and scale victories. I eat more proteins, which feeds my muscles (which weigh more than fat) …. But at the same time, I am not burning fat immediately - as my body is confused for the moment, while it figures out …. “Oh, No carbs …. Why don’t I just use some of this fat for fuel! Let’s burn that!” So I have to practice patience as apparently - my body takes awhile to figure it all out. Once I stay diligent and on track - things move much quicker both on and off scale.

I personally don’t notice anything in the mirror as my overall shape is the same, but (after almost two weeks) I noticed yesterday when putting my pants on, that they are coming up higher! Lol. It’s the little things. But (like I said) it has taken two weeks to show that tiny movement.

I share this for anyone who may be struggling. Xo

Crisp up one low carb tortilla in pan, while cooking omelette in the other (flat and same size as tortilla. When one side done, flip. Add avocado, and shredded Cheese. Put cover on to melt cheese. Remove tortilla from pan and spread LIGHTLY with salsa. When cheese on eggs is melted, put on top of tortilla and add sour cream and additional salsa.

And this ends the “how many ways can you do egg salad” posts. Lol. Not really - there are 1,000 more. But I think I’ll move on to Tuna. 🤣. Egg salad with dill on top of avocado/tomato/lettuce on Arnold’s Keto Bread slices. I made this for my nieces. I had mine on one low carb tortilla. Make it a great Thursday. And please ….
