It's been awhile since I posted but being in the landscape and hardscape industry for over 35 years I've been very busy. The cervical spine pain after the acdf surgery is still killing me. I'm basically living on gabapentin and tylenol. Tried CBD...doesnt work for me. I've tried everything actually. After more frustration seeing a second neurosurgeon last Summer, im feeling like they dont really give s # about helping me fix this crippling pain. I'm still doing my stonework for a living but what always used to be easy to me is now 10x harder to do. Since this nightmare began almost 3 years ago at first it was Cervical Radiculopathy radiculopathy. That diagnosis led me into eventually getting the acdf surgery c5 thru c7. Since the fusion did not properly fuse it's been pretty much back to the drawing board thus the reason for seeing a different neuro last summer. Believe me I'm constantly researching online and, after seeing this summer that the latest MRI says I have foraminal stenosis...severe narrowing where the nerve root exits the spinal canal. And with osteophytes or bone spurs closing that canal its murdering the nerve roots 24\7each day. Its left side of my neck where the levator scapula muscle (spelling?) the major muscle that extends from the head to shoulder works overtime trying to protect the trapped nerve or foraminal canal region in my opinion. Why do I think this? Because that muscle gets so tight and stiff that I can barely turn my head to the right. It may sound crazy but it is true. I ice it off and on daily for about 2 or 3 hrs it hurts so bad. Anyway, endoscopic decompression is what I believe to be exactly what I need to be performed. However. I've had no luck finding a person that specializes in it. Plus I'm so frustrated with doctors that I've sort of given up hope. I wonder...
If anyone has similar symptoms and pain, my pain shoots from the neck down into mostly my right shoulder and arm and lately into my lower back...please share your story and how you have dealt with it and maybe gotten it fixed.
Thanks for reading. Yeah I know my grammar sucks. Lol 😂😁

Why do I feel 85?
Makes no sense to me other than I've worked my butt off my whole life. Not fair.
