One of the easiest ways to level up your diet is to simply be more thoughtful and intentional about your meals and the food you eat. So often we can find ourselves mindlessly consuming things that we don’t actually even want. There’s nothing *wrong* with this but it usually doesn’t make us feel very good.

If you’d like to be more intentional with your diet/meals, ask yourself these questions at mealtime. Over time, these considerations will become second nature and you’ll be an intuitive eating pro ✨

• supports blood sugar balance
• decreases cravings
• supports a faster metabolic rate
• increases satiety
• supports optimal nutrient repletion and physical health/performance

These are just a few of my personal favorite quick protein sources. If you want to ensure you’re eating adequate protein or are looking to increase your dietary protein intake, aiming for a least 20g per meal is a good place to start. Some people may need more or less. Determining your ideal intake and how to get there is something I do with my clients. DM me if you’re interested in 1:1 support!
