🎃 Don’t Let Your Posture Be the Scariest Thing This Halloween! 👻
As we celebrate spooky season, here’s a friendly reminder that ergonomic horrors lurk in more places than haunted houses:
🪑 That old chair that’s “good enough” for 8-hour days.
💻 The laptop that turns your neck into a question mark.
🖱️ The workstation that makes your wrist cry out like a banshee.
This Halloween, treat yourself (not trick yourself!) with small ergonomic changes:
✅ Get a better chair that has lots of adjustments to get you into a healthy posture.
✅ Use an external keyboard and mouse with that laptop.
✅ Take movement breaks every 30 minutes. Stretch, stand, or do a lap around the “graveyard” (a.k.a. the office).
Because chronic pain is way scarier than any ghost. 👻💀
