Alumni Spotlight: Dave L.

"I thought drugs and alcohol gave me life — until sobriety showed me what living really meant. Today I’m a single dad, working two jobs, finishing my degree, and helping others find the hope I once thought I’d lost."

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Steve Aronson, Spiritual Advisor

From a young age, Steve knew he wanted to work with people. After studying Biblical Studies at Golden Valley Lutheran College, he began a lifelong journey of service, grounded in 43 years of recovery and a deep passion for exploring spiritual traditions.

Steve is best known for leading Talking Circles—powerful spaces for connection and healing. As a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, he inspires clients to connect mind, body, and spirit. Since 1999, he has worked with teens in transition and supported adults in recovery for decades.

Drawing from diverse religious and spiritual paths, Steve helps others discover the journey that fits them best. He’s honored to serve as a Spiritual Advisor at Harmony—a role he believes he’s been preparing for his whole life.

Thank you for your dedication, Steve! ✨

🌿 The Tipi: A Sacred Space for Healing

Our newly installed tipi is already becoming a powerful place for reflection, smudging, letting go ceremonies, and small group sessions—with more unfolding every day.

The morning after it was raised, elk visited the site—a powerful blessing. 🦌 Elk medicine reminds us to pace ourselves, stay aware, and conserve energy—wisdom we share often with clients. This is just the beginning! We’re excited to see how this sacred space will grow within our Spiritual & Wellness programming.
