🌟 Employee Spotlight: Cramer, Family Therapist

Karen is passionate about walking alongside clients in recovery and helping families understand the disease of addiction. With both professional expertise and personal insight, she brings compassion, education, and hope to every family she supports.

Karen has been part of the Harmony team for seven years and now focuses on family programming—leading education sessions and weekly support meetings that empower loved ones to heal together.

Outside of work, she enjoys camping, traveling, and time with her two cats, Matilda and Stash. 🐈

🌿✨ We recently celebrated the opening of our new greenhouse — made possible by the generous Hoovler family. 🌱

We were joined by our amazing referral partners, donors, and the Estes Park Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting, tours of campus, and a light lunch in the dining pavilion.
