Our 3 main Yoga classes at the larger Studio are:

Good Sam's Senior Class (At Good Sams)
Thursday 10Am (call first)
Qigong Main group class at Home studio:
Tuesday 2:30Pm (call first)
Friday 7Am (Private Class)
Yoga Class Punch Pass:
6 class $72, 13 class $144, 27 class $288. Drop in $15.
Each Pass has an expiration date.
My classes are 1 1/2 hours long.
I teach a style that is gentle and deep.
I have been a certified teacher for 27 years...

*As of May 24, 2015 I will be a Certified Cranial Sacral Therapist after graduating from a 700 hour program.
