My name is Gosia Pisowicz Stewart and I am a leader of the Rocky Mountain Meditation Group located in Estes Park, Colorado - a chapter for the Monroe Institute. I strongly believe in living our best life and be the best version of ourselves by practicing mindfulness, awareness and kindness. We meet monthly in person and via ZOOM to create a safe environment to share experiences and learn from each other.
