This month, we are celebrating the incredible physicians at UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center, who show up every day with skill, compassion, and care.

Our physicians don't want us thinking just of them!

They want their special day and month to be used to help our fantastic EMS crews replace some radios that are at the end of their life and no longer repairable.

This is a free event and part of the Estes Park Health Foundation Giving Back Speaker Series.

During the session, participants will learn:

- The core beliefs behind the growth mindset, including the four essential ingredients and how they differ from a fixed mindset
- Real-world examples of brands and individuals who used growth mindset principles to accelerate success
- Practical dos and don’ts for leaders and team members to cultivate individual and collective growth
- The “rule of thirds” used by Olympians to achieve big, ambitious goals
