I asked the Hubby for a photo of our recent delivery of the Arcadia. He can keep his job I guess! 😂😂 Very thankful for his hauling skills. She is off on a couple month rental as a MIL suite for a family that just had a little one. The Arcadia is the perfect guest house!

It’s been a bit!

I’ve been focusing on yard work and my baby of course. Not a lot of updates for you all but I do have good news.

In October and November we will have our RV rented out as a MIL unit for a family expecting a little one.

The Arcadia is the perfect addition for your house guests. They can enjoy their own space but can be close enough to create memories with one another.

Also,

I posted this photo to explain a bit why we do not offer delivery out of the Valley at this time. Our truck can haul our trailer when all the tanks are empty and is its lowest weight of 10,900lbs. It would be pushing it to haul over any hills.

At its heaviest our RV is around 13,500 lbs so it really requires a larger truck to haul it long distances.

Thought I’d share the good news and clear up our delivery service. 🚚 🛻 🏕️

Again, I know it doesn’t look like much but it’s a work in progress! Weeded this area, planted a bush and more herbs. We have Oregano, Thyme, Lemon Balm, Rosemary, Sage and Mint!

Expectation——Reality

Manifesting the super healing environment regardless of its aesthetic or cost. Sitting by the creek is free and somehow nature just does any aesthetic environment best. No planning, no manipulation just as it is.

Whelp, we didn’t get any bookings for the festival but that’s okay!

I am only offering our HipCamp site near our home on weekends of events near us. I don’t want people camping near our home often but thought if a festival or rodeo is happening, some people may just need a place to sleep after being out and about all day. Our HipCamp site is open for the upcoming rodeo July 26th!
