Breastfeeding can be so beneficial for a child. It is not an easy journey and every woman's journey is different. Reach out to your provider or a lactation consultant if you're having difficulties.
Let's support women who make the decision to breastfeed their child(ren) by empowering them in the workplace and any other place that is needed to provide care for their child(ren).

There has been an increase of young male athletes suffering cardiac arrest while at practice or during games. THIS COULD BE YOUR CHILD!! Ask yourself this.....Am I aware of and able to acknowledge the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest, would I or others around know how to help, is the staff trained and competent to potentially save my child????

If you answer no to any of these questions, now is a great time for you or your family/friends to learn basic CPR with Friends and Family CPR or schedule a CPR & First Aid class to become certified today.
