This is the version of green tea that I drink from . While I used to be a caffeine aficionado, now I take it on selective days. This has the health benefits of green tea and doesn't make me jittery. And today is busy with an important meeting followed by a community panel discussion with the Trauma Healing Project.

Do you want to reduce your chance of getting dementia when you're older? Or are you older with a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment? 47% of people with mild cognitive impairment can reverse that diagnosis and return to normal cognitive function by doing resistance training two to three times a week, legs are the most important.
