What does yoga teach you aside from the obvious: meditation, physical poses, breathwork….

Yoga also teaches us the fundamental building blocks to stay true ourselves.

We learn to check in with our bodies, our minds and our soul’s intentions.

We are taught patience, forgiveness, discipline and commitment

We are taught to really ask ourselves how to discover our true values and to continue honoring them

Add a little numerological magic to the mix and Kundalini brings us more meaning to our daily commitments and how they affect our psyches and nervous systems over time

Pick a mantra, a meditation, a diet, an exercise, an affirmation, a hobby, whatever you want (it doesn’t even have to necessarily be kundalini yoga!)

Just notice how your cells transform with each day as you change your habits

& step boldly into the new version of you that you’ve been waiting to embody

You deserve to live your best life

Happy, holy and healthy!

For thousands of years, we have birthed at home. Surrounded by the love and care of our mothers, our grandmothers, our sisters (both blood and soul), additional trusted family members and neighbors. We were nourished and encouraged in the safety of our homes using coping techniques such as massage, dance, breathwork, song, and many more beautiful rituals to help nourish our process. We trusted in the instincts of those who birthed before us….and that’s all we needed because our bodies have always been made for this process. It wasn’t until we developed the conscious mind that we developed fear surrounding birth. As a whole, we were born into familiar places with familiar faces!

When doulas are able to work with midwives and doctors, the providers are able to focus on the medical side while your doula can offer you non-stop support and encouragement to get you through your delivery. When we have continuous support throughout pregnancy, we experience less need for invasive procedures and shorter labors while feeling supported in a safe environment.

This fascinating divine depiction of birth is so sacred and part of the reason I decided to explore the life of a doula. I wish to support families in this most sacred act, teaching lost wisdom passed from women all over the world. When we share our process and our story, we’re able to relate, connect and encourage the next generation to trust in their power

So what can I doulaboutit? Or better asked, how can I best support you and your family?

Through emotional, physical, informational and spiritual support

When we are aware of our choices, we have access to greater opportunities

What I loved most about becoming a doula is my part as the messenger. The one who helps open you up to all of the wonderful choices you have in creating the birth plan of your dreams! ….while creating a few back up plans because we all know how the universe loves showing us the way we needed all along

Where do you imagine having your birth?
Do you want to go all natural?
Would you prefer some medicinal relief?
Will you have a doctor? A midwife? A doula?
Who else will be present?
Will you breastfeed or bottle feed?
What are your fears or concerns?
How can they best be supported?
What do you need most to feel safe?

….and the list goes on and on!

Pregnancy is a big deal! And we all want to ensure we’re making the safest decisions for our families. Remember that more than it is ok, it’s highly encouraged to ask as many questions as felt necessary.

&for all of those questions you forgot to ask your doctor or midwife, this is what I can “doulaboutit”!

Offer physical, emotional, spiritual and informational support anytime, anywhere. I am only a phone call away at any moment and I like an adopted best friend, from the time we start working together until baby has arrived or after postpartum care, I am here for you anytime of the day.

From yoga, meditation, breathwork and labor poses to herbal remedies, medical references and emotional support, there are so many useful techniques that can be taught to help regulate emotions and cope with pain.

No matter where you are on your journey ☺️

Hello Everyone!

I thought it was about time to share the face behind this profile and focus more on building awareness of all the wonderful reasons we need to and deserve to feel supported during pregnancy (and in every endeavor of life!).

Originally born right outside of Montreal in a little town called Hudson, my parents moved us to the states at age 12 and by then I was the babysitter or many of most kids on my block. As the eldest of 3, I stepped into the caregiver role from an early age and have always enjoyed learning the psychology behind relationships. From both an interpersonal level and all aspects of what it means to have relationships externally. During my last two years of College, I became an after school Pre-school teacher for the 2-4 class and then assumed the position of Assistant Pre-School Teacher for the 0-2 class at Audacy Creative Arts Preschool.

I continued to nanny after leaving the school until taking a short break before enrolling in my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with . I love sharing different healing modalities that have helped me heal throughout the years and realized shortly after teaching that I wanted to help provide support to the next generation. How can I do that?

The best idea I could come up with was to support expecting parents and families learn different pain-coping techniques while offering various yogic tools to help them feel more grounded in all of the shifts that take place during this time in their lives.

In February of 2022, I received my Prenatal YTT, Post Natal YTT and Doula certification from and have been offering yoga classes and supporting families in the Eugene area ever since. It brings me great joy to help others in their time of need and I believe if we teach parents how to manage their stress and regulate their emotions, they will pass these lessons on to their children thus creating a more peaceful generation to come!

I am currently accepting new clients in Lane County and am willing to travel outside of Oregon!
