This is my son Justin Pham! He need a kidney transplant! He was born in Eugene Oregon and graduated from sheldon high school! Now he lives in LA! He is desperately needing a kidney and has been on peritoneal dialysis!

I am JP's mom, I am May Pham. When he was 8 years old he had to have kidney surgery. He has been fighting chronic kidney disease ever since and is currently in kidney failure. I feel helpless and have to do something to help him find a kidney.
