Pupil specific agonist means fewer side affects like brow ache. Like Vuity, a predecessor/competitor, it's prescription and not covered by insurance. Once daily dosing for 10 hour duration may not give a full day's work for most. Vuity is 8 hrs with possibility to use a second drop. Additional drops increases monthly cost. It's an option, but likely in addition to glasses and/or contact lenses. Contact your eyecare provider for cost of additional visits to prescribe this Lifestyle option.
