B R E A T H E… I can not tell you how many times I have stuffed my feelings rather than processing them. I always found it to be easier than having to deal with them. Took a couple of tours of the Lane County Jail, and I had decided that I never want to return. I had to do the damn inner work. Lol But it started with something as simple as embracing the pain I felt within. It wasn’t always fun, but, I found it to be part of my healing process. So if you can only do one thing in this day, try breathing with purpose and bringing a little mindfulness into everyday situations.
